Vaniman ProBlast Large Black Blasting Tip (0.048” / 1.2mm) is a genuine replacement tip designed to maintain consistent blasting performance in micro-abrasive conformal coating and Parylene rework applications.
A fresh, correctly sized tip helps stabilise media flow, improves targeting control, and reduces process variability caused by wear, partial blockage, or inconsistent nozzle geometry.
