Surface Preparation for Parylene: Cleaning and Adhesion Promoters


Even the best Parylene coating cannot perform reliably if the surface beneath it is not properly prepared. Adhesion failures, delamination, and reduced barrier performance often trace back to poor Parylene surface preparation.
