ProShieldESD – The World’s First Fully Functional ESD Paint Technology
ProShieldESD represents a major breakthrough in the global ESD protection industry. Unlike traditional ESD coatings that rely on carbon, metal fillers, graphite, or temporary surface additives, ProShieldESD is a filler-free conductive polymer system engineered to bond and perform on any substrate—rigid, flexible, porous, or smooth.

Live ESD Testing at Productronica 2025, Munich
To demonstrate real-world performance under professional conditions, ProShieldESD was tested live at Productronica 2025 in Munich using the sparktrap® EPA SafeAssure®, the world’s first dedicated ESD multimeter manufactured by Keinath Electronic GmbH, Germany.
This instrument is specifically designed for accurate, standards-compliant ESD measurements and overcomes the limitations of traditional ohmmeters by offering:

• Precision 2-point probe for small objects
• Integrated temperature, humidity & voltage monitoring
