Description

Precision carbide tip for controlled micro-abrasive blasting

The Vaniman ProBlast Medium Green Blasting Tip (0.036” / 0.91 mm) is a precision carbide nozzle designed for consistent, controllable micro-abrasive blasting using 50–100 µm media.

It is optimised for electronics rework, conformal coating removal, and selective Parylene stripping where a balance of control and material removal rate is required.

Why choose the Green Tip?

  • Precision carbide construction — long wear life and stable performance
  • Ideal for 50–100 µm media — predictable flow and consistent removal
  • Balanced aggression — effective without excessive substrate damage
  • Compatible with ProBlast handpieces — quick fit and reliable seal
  • Production-proven — used in SCH’s own rework services

Typical uses

  • Selective removal of acrylic, urethane, and silicone coatings
  • Controlled Parylene rework on localised areas
  • Exposing test points, vias, and solder joints
  • Touch-up and inspection workflows
  • Repeatable batch rework in production cells

System compatibility

Designed for use with the Vaniman ProBlast 3 ESD micro-abrasive blaster and compatible dust collection systems such as the StoneVac II.
