We use these masking dot rolls daily in our own conformal coating operations. Our teams — and many of our customers — have relied on them for years because of their reliability, consistency, and clean removal in demanding production environments.

Rolls of masking dots provide precise, selective masking during conformal coating and spray coating. Operators use them to protect connectors, test points, LEDs, and defined keep-out areas where control of coating ingress is critical.

Many general-purpose masking dots and tapes available on the market are not optimised for conformal coating applications and can introduce avoidable process issues, including:

Thin coating around the perimeter of the dot, where the coating pulls back (de-wetting)
Residue left behind after removal, requiring additional cleaning steps
Coating bleed underneath the dot during application
Tearing or splitting during removal, slowing production
Adverse chemical interaction with the conformal coating material
