The Vaniman Master Problast Titan ESD is a large-chamber ESD-safe micro-abrasive blaster for precision rework on sensitive electronics. It delivers selective removal of conformal coatings and Parylene on larger PCBs, fixtures, and assemblies where a standard chamber becomes restrictive.

Parylene rework — expose pads, connectors, masked zones, and rework areas with controlled micro-abrasion
Conformal coating rework — strip acrylic, urethane, silicone, and epoxy coatings for inspection or repair
Selective removal — access test points, ground pads, solder joints, and localised areas with high control

By using micro-abrasive blasting instead of solvents, you reduce chemical handling risk, improve repeatability, and keep rework tightly controlled.
