Controlled Drying for Consistent Conformal Coating Results
The DC100 floor-standing conformal coating drying cabinet has been engineered to provide reliable, controlled air-temperature drying of conformal coating on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
By fully enclosing boards during drying, the cabinet actively reduces the risk of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and airborne contamination while supporting a clean, consistent finish. The enclosed environment limits particle ingress, minimises disturbance from ambient airflow, and prevents fibres, dust and workshop debris from settling on freshly coated surfaces.
Designed to integrate with a wide range of conformal coating application equipment, the DC100 is particularly effective when used alongside SCH spray booths and dip coating systems, forming a practical end-to-end coating workflow that improves overall FOD control from application through to drying.
