Independent SGS Verification – SCH Parylene Materials

Independent SGS testing throughout 2025 confirmed that all SCH Parylene materials (including Parylene N, C, D and fluorinated F/AF-4) contain no detectable Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), or PFOS/PFOA compounds to ppm-level detection limits.

Applicable fluorinated grades also meet full RoHS 2.0 (2015/863) compliance. This independent verification demonstrates ultra-high-purity feedstock (>99.9 % equivalent), supporting stable polymerisation, high dielectric performance and pinhole-free coatings across the entire SCH Parylene range.

Verified by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd – Full test reports available on request (2025).

Parylene Dimer FAQs

Which Parylene dimer should I choose?
As a rule of thumb: N for penetration and high dielectric strength, C for moisture/chemical resistance, D for higher thermal stability, AF-4 for very low dielectric constant and high temperature. If unsure, ask our team.
What pack sizes are available?
Standard packs are 500 g and 1 kg. Custom sizes and private-label supply are available on request.
How should dimers be stored?
Keep sealed in original containers, away from heat and moisture. Follow the supplied handling guidance for best shelf life.
Are your dimers compatible with my deposition system?
Yes — our high-purity grades are suitable for all major commercial Parylene systems. Tell us your make/model if you’d like us to verify.
