Standard shipping rates shown on this website apply to UK mainland deliveries only.

Orders for delivery outside the UK mainland (including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and international destinations) will be quoted separately after checkout or by contacting our sales team:Β  sales@schservices.com


Delivery Method

Orders are shipped using a tracked courier service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Dispatch Times

Stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.
Non-stock or made-to-order items will be advised at the time of order.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-UK orders)

For deliveries outside the UK:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • SCH Services Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Title to the goods remains with SCH Services Ltd until full payment is received.


Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

  • Requests to re-route shipments


Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If goods are damaged in transit, customers must notify SCH Services Ltd within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
