I’m Dr. Lee Hitchens, founder of SCH Technologies and a recognised conformal coating specialist with over 25 years of experience in electronics protection. My career spans scientific research, industry leadership, and global consultancy — helping companies improve reliability through advanced coating, cleaning, and process control.

  • Concoat Ltd (8 Years) – worked for a leading Humiseal distributor, where I gained extensive experience in conformal coating applications and high-specification cleaning for aerospace, defence, and medical sectors.
