 Conformal coatings supplied by Trinity include acrylic and polyurethane materials. These coatings can be used within any facility using a variety of different techniques including dipping, spraying or brushing.

Started in the 1950’s, Trinity originally provided tailored conformal coating solutions for military, space and automotive applications.

Acrylic conformal coatings

Acrylic coatings are single component acrylic polymer resins that are solvent based.

Acrylic coatings provide an excellent barrier to moisture and humidity providing the highest level of protection that is possible for liquid applied coatings.

They are symbolised by the letters AR in most international standards.

Conformal Coating   

101 is a single part, fast drying, superior, acrylic conformal coating. 101E is a Toulene and Xylene free, single part, fast drying, superior, acrylic conformal coating. 101C is a California Compliant solvent based acrylic conformal coating.

Polyurethane conformal coating

Polyurethane (Urethane) materials provide excellent humidity. What seperates them from the acrylics is that they also offer much higher chemical resistance.

They are symbolised by the letters UR in most international standards.

201E is a single part, Xylene free, fast drying, superior, Polyurethane conformal coating.


Conformal coating thinners

When applying conformal coatings it may be necessary to adjust the viscosity of the material before production.
