Water based conformal coatings are extremely safe, low odour, low VOC products, designed to enable customers to meet the ever stricter emissions targets plus ensure the health and safety requirements placed on industry are met. Using water based conformal coatings enables enormous reductions in VOC emissions and some products from the range, such as 1H20 AR3 can protect electronics assemblies at temperature extremes far beyond the capabilities of existing resin-based alternatives.

These environmentally friendly conformal coatings utilise the standard Acrylic and Polyurethane resins, providing a high level of protective performance and offering a viable alternative to the existing solvent-based conformal coating range.
