UV 100 - UV Curing Oven
UV light is emitted in wavelengths between 200 and 400 nanometers. These waves of light are absorbed by photointiators in UV cure coatings which act as a catalyst in a polymerization reaction that turns the UV coating into a solid in seconds.
These super fast curing times mean that
productivity in your coating process can be
massively increased. This means you won’t have wet boards lying around susceptible to contamination from dust and debris, your lead times can be reduced and your customers get their products quicker!
