Keith Saunders - Managing Director Since forming SCH Technologies Limited in 2000, Keith has continued to develop knowledge and expertise within the company. His 'hands-on' approach involves personally overseeing the quality of work produced by the Coating Service department, training and developing staff.	Lee Hitchens - Technical Director Since joining the company in 2004, Lee has been responsible for introducing a number of improvements and standards, including ISO9001 accreditation, as well as the achievement of the Investors in People standard.
