The ACCIS Automatic Conformal Coating Inspection System is designed for the automatic inspection of the quality of a conformally coated circuit board. It highlights the areas where the board is coated & not coated, as well as highlighting areas suffering from common defects such as de-wetting, cracks and delamination.

The ACCIS uses TOM (Teachable Object Module) software for easily defined automated conformal coating inspection. TOM allows different board types and sizes to be inspected, and it easy to use Graphical User Interface allows quick definition of where coating coverage should and should not be. With the built in identification algorithms, different defect types can also be identified and highlighted.
